Refund & Returns Policy

For a refund or credit note, purchases made directly from The Pleasure Pack through www.thepleasurepack.com.au may be returned within 30 days after receipt.
Please be aware that shipping charges are not included in refunds.
If you would want to return your purchase, kindly let us know by sending an email to nicolefeldman2017@gmail.com, then give you information on how to go about doing so. 

All sales are final if an item has been opened or used for any reason. This is to ensure the the health, hygiene and safety of all customers. 

Your pleasure pack products must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging condition for it to be eligible for a refunded return. The Pleasure Pack also requires the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete the return.

In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund. 
When an item issue is the result of abuse or neglect, The Pleasure Pack reserves the right to refuse to grant an exchange, refund, or repair.

What if my product is defective?

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. 

With evidence of purchase, defective device items are covered under warranty for one (1) year by the manufacturer of the product. The Pleasure Pack is not liable for the warranty of its products, nor does not hold the product warranty. To identify the nature of the issue, The Pleasure Pack may decide to send the product back to the maker. Always read the return policy before making a purchase. 

Tracking my order

To track the estimated delivery date for your product, please refer back to the shipping confirmation email for the tracking link. Please email our customer service team at hello@thepleasurepack.com.au if you have not received your shipping confirmation email or if you are unable to locate your tracking number. We would be happy to help you.

Products lost in transit

Once your product has left our warehouse, our third-party delivery teams make every effort to transport it as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service staff at hello@thepleasurepack.com.au if your order has not arrived by the expected date. We will make every effort to track down your package. 

The Pleasure Pack does not take responsibility for any product the is lost, damaged or stolen during the transport process. We will do our best to ensure that every step is taken in order to deliver your product safely and securely.
