We are a Melbourne based business that ships Australia-wide. Please note that shipping cost between locations may vary. The price will be displayed after choosing during checkout. 

You will receive an order shipment email at the designated email address you provide during checkout. We try to handle orders within 1-2 whole working days and hope to deliver your purchase as follows:

Australian Shipping - via Australia Post

Australia Post have advised there are currently shipping delays throughout Australia. They are working to have all parcels delivered as quickly as possible

Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days ($10.00)

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days ($15.00)

At The Pleasure Pack we work really hard to ensure that your package arrives as discretely and as sustainably as possible, so you have peace of mind.

Either a compostable mailer bag or a cardboard mailer box will contain your items when they arrive (depending on the size of your order). Because we value your privacy, we will despatch your item discretely without any branding on the outside of the box or mailer bag.
